If you are coming from a broker, with Relay experience and with Customer service / Personal Lines background, this role is for you
What are my responsibilities?
1. Manage current client relationships – renewals, cross-sell.
2. Achieve Renewal targets
3. Generate leads through cross-selling and for the Personal and Commercial departments.
What do I need to have?
4. APA or CIP qualifications or working towards the exams
5. Relay experience is essential
6. Great communications and Microsoft Office skills.
7. Someone with attitude and looking to perform at a high level
