We are seeking a skilled professional with at least 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef. The ideal candidate will excel under pressure in fast-paced environments, manage busy kitchens, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the kitchen team to achieve exceptional standards
* Managing inventory, supplies, and resources
* Maintaining high-quality food preparation and presentation
The successful candidate will have flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including mornings, lunches, and evenings, over 5 days per week, including weekends.
