Managing new build residential developments from greenfield sites to handover requires a unique blend of skills and experience. This opportunity involves coordinating construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements while updating the project programme with senior management to meet key milestones.
The role will involve liaising with the design team to complete works according to the programme, reporting to the Contracts Manager, and directing and managing personnel, site staff, and subcontractors. Ensuring H&S and company compliance procedures are followed is also essential.
Requirements
* Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification).
* A minimum of 5 years experience managing new build residential projects.
* Background in engineering is desirable.
* Ability to manage sites from greenfield to completion.
* Effective management of site programme and associated schedules.
* Experience managing multiple subcontractors.
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications like Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
