Job Description
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment. They will be an expert user of Opera PMS and/or Opera Cloud, with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team effectively. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage front-of-house operations and ensure efficiency and seamless workflow.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the Front Office team through effective recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
* Ensure a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
* Expert user of Opera PMS and/or Opera Cloud.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team effectively.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly with reservation and financial records.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and a polished professional presence.
