Job Overview
The successful candidate will lead our Product Business unit, focusing on the distribution of water treatment and pumping products.
Responsibilities:
* Operations Management
o Oversee product reception, storage, and dispatch to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient order fulfillment.
o Optimize warehouse logistics and inventory management to minimize discrepancies.
* Customer Service
o Manage counter sales operations, providing excellent customer service and seamless order processing.
o Assist customers with product selection, quotations, and technical inquiries.
* Financial and Administrative Support
o Oversee invoicing, credit control, and debt collection to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.
o Monitor financial performance and contribute to operational planning and reporting.
* Team Leadership and Development
o Lead a team of six, fostering a positive, high-performance work environment.
o Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
