Within this role, you will report to the Payroll Manager.
The Payroll Analyst will support the wider team in the completion of all payroll tasks.
This is a 12-month temporary contract.
Responsibilities
Review and input all administrative payroll data changes for bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing.
Maintain payroll records.
Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits and HR Payroll Business Partners to ensure accurate payroll data.
Reconcile each payroll, review all entries, and forward for approval.
Ensure accuracy of all tax information, reconciliations, and payments.
Process and administer Time & Labour, including time cards.
Manage the internal inbox and respond to employees' queries.
Assist with audit queries related to payroll.
Update SOPs and training documents for payroll processes.
Participate in evaluating and testing system enhancements to Core Pay.
Qualifications
Positive can-do approach to work.
Proven track record of completing projects and assigned tasks.
Experience in European payroll (preferred but not required).
Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
IPASS qualification with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-volume environment.
Experience with Core Pay and Core Insight.
Experience with Oracle and Workday (preferred but not required).
