About the Role
Johnson Hana is seeking an experienced
Commercial Contracts Specialist
to support a short-term project for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience reviewing and drafting
MSAs, T&Cs, and commercial agreements
, and must be able to
read and draft contracts in French
to a professional standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate
MSAs, T&Cs, and general commercial agreements
* Prepare and amend
French-language contracts
* Provide clear, actionable commercial legal advice to the client's internal stakeholders
* Ensure legal, regulatory, and risk compliance across contract documentation
* Work efficiently within defined timelines for a fast-moving project
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ years' experience in
commercial contracting
* Strong experience with MSAs and T&Cs
* Professional fluency in French
(written and verbal), with the ability to draft contracts
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Experience working with international or cross-border agreements is a plus
