Production Team Leader

The primary objective of this role is to supervise and coordinate a production team's activities ensuring all assembly/production meets quality, cost, time, and customer satisfaction requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

* Organise and co-ordinate production teams to manufacture quality products on schedule and safely.
* Initiate and drive production and quality improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing principles.
* Identify and allocate production resources effectively.
* Manage performance reviews, appraisals, and training programs.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of operations experience preferably in a medical device manufacturing environment.
* Prior supervisory or coordinator experience desirable.
