Key Responsibilities
Operational Duties
Deliver materials to sites and individuals as required
Ensure materials are signed out and properly documented
Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate records
Maintain stores and yard in a clean, safe, and professional manner
Coordinate collection and replacement of tools and equipment
Assist with compliance testing and ensure equipment is fit for purpose
Support Stores Coordinator and cover duties during absence
Team Support & Reporting
Work collaboratively with colleagues and management
Attend weekly site materials meetings and provide feedback
Ensure timely submission of paperwork including timesheets
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and deliveries
About the role
Due to continued growth, TLI Group is seeking a Stores Operative with knowledge or experience of motor/truck parts to support our workshop requirements.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in stock control, logistics, and driving, who are looking to contribute to a fast-paced and safety-focused environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that materials are available, compliant, and delivered on time to support project execution.
This is a hands-on role that combines operational duties with safety and compliance responsibilities, offering the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential
Full Clean Irish Driving Licence (or equivalent)
Experience in stock control, logistics, and Microsoft Office
Experience in driving and stock auditing
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
