About the Role
As a custodian of the brand, you will work with the Commercial team to craft and deliver brand strategy that recruits consumers and delivers commercial outcomes while ensuring brand purpose remains at the heart of all activity. You will build exciting campaigns that bring brand purpose to life, increase awareness, and drive recruitment.
Top 3 Accountabilities
 * Build a purposeful winning brand by developing commercially focused, inspiring marketing plans that place brand purpose at the centre.
 * Drive marketing performance, balancing creativity and commerciality to achieve market‑share gain and shifts in key brand metrics.
 * Develop powerful relationships internally across all levels and with key external partners such as Tourism Ireland, Failte Ireland, and other stakeholders.
Leading
 * Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand plans, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and agencies.
 * Primary contact for brand homes; work closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless omnichannel experiences.
 * Oversee and manage budgets across brand homes in collaboration with finance teams.
 * Manage end‑to‑end project delivery of key campaigns throughout the year with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
 * Engage key internal stakeholders, including the commercial and wider brand homes teams, and build relationships with external industry bodies such as Tourism Ireland and Failte Ireland.
Supporting
 * Work closely with the commercial team to develop and execute brand plans, ensuring brilliant execution through engaging cross‑functional teams.
 * Provide ad‑hoc project support as needed, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to emerging business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
 * 4+ years of relevant marketing experience.
 * Proven brand management experience with a focus on digital, culture, and events.
 * Experience managing, motivating and mobilising individuals and teams (e.g. agency partners, internal stakeholders).
 * Successful management of external agencies, delivering strong outcomes.
 * Comfort working within a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial and matrixed environment.
 * Graduate level education, preferably in marketing or a business‑related subject.
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 * Desirable: experience in tourism, events, hospitality companies or organisations.
