Role Overview:
As a Night Porter, you will be the face of the hotel during the night, ensuring the safety, security and comfort of our guests. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, proactive and enjoys working independently in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist guests arriving late or departing early.
* Monitor hotel security, including CCTV and key access.
* Respond promptly to guest requests and emergencies.
* Assist with light housekeeping tasks as required.
* Monitor and report any incidents to management.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hospitality or security is an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
