Job Description
As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs. You will be responsible for continually evaluating and optimizing manufacturing processes, analyzing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying areas for improvement to achieve operational excellence.
* Process optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Identify and resolve issues in manufacturing processes by analyzing data, conducting root cause analysis, and developing and implementing solutions.
* Process documentation: Create and maintain maintenance plans on SAP, engineering standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
* Continuous improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* At least five years of experience in GMP operations, including process engineering experience.
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
* A 3rd-level degree in Science or Engineering.
* Project management experience.
* Process Equipment expertise.
