We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to take on the role of Assistant Manager in our fashion retail store. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key part in driving sales performance, leading the team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in a senior supervisory role, preferably in fashion retail. They will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, driving sales performance through effective KPI management, and leading by example on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in leading the team and driving sales performance
* Take ownership of key areas of the business, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store standards
* Lead by example on the shop floor, engaging with customers and motivating the team
* Assist in staff training, development, and performance reviews
