About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Consultant who will serve as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with clients. Your role involves articulating HiredScore's technology and aligning it with clients' HR Tech Stack. You'll present our technology, devise solutions for client obstacles, and address their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Act as the professional source for all HiredScore integration through the project implementation including pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients
* Deep technical understanding of all relevant systems integrated with HiredScore (e.g. ATS, CRM, HCM, etc.)
* Client-facing - Present and explain our technology, integration, IT, Security architecture, and respond to formal questionnaires (Infosec, RFP, Data Privacy Evaluation, etc.)
* Collaborate with clients and partners to solve technical challenges based on their environment and requirements
* Lead improvements and enable sales and engineering processes via tools and initiatives; create documentation and whitepapers for internal and client use
* Configure and test HiredScore integration on client systems, addressing client-specific challenges
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
* Motivation, innovation, passion, integrity, independence, teamwork, customer focus
* 3+ years of experience in technical or project implementation management
* Experience with external client-facing global enterprise
* Experience implementing SaaS / large-scale software delivery projects
* Ability to handle day-to-day challenges, adapt to priorities, and solve technical and operational issues
* Experience with configuration tools and ability to fulfill technical tasks
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate client business needs into requirements
* Ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, process-focused environment; problem-solving under pressure
* Team player with self-management skills; capable of executing projects from scratch
Other Qualifications
* Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software delivery lifecycle
* Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday, and documentation repositories)
* Industry knowledge of the HR tech industry
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
