HR Operations Manager Manufacturing Sector Monaghan VANRATH is partnering with a leading manufacturer located in Monaghan Town, seeking to appoint a HR Operations Manager on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Senior Generalist, or ready made middle manager, to take control of the people function for a rapidly expanding food manufacturing site.
The company currently employ circa 140 employees but have invested heavily with a new production line recently installed, which will increase company turnover and headcount.
Reporting to the Site lead, the HR Manager will drive policy from the wider group business, as well as working on employee engagement and building relationships within the factory.
This role offers hybrid work, with one day a week from home.
In this role you will design and implement HR policies, procedures and programmes to enable the business to consistently achieve its strategic goals and objectives; create a positive company culture that delivers a progressive experience for employees aligned with company Values and add value in support of the overall continuous improvement agenda.
Skills and Qualifications Third Level qualification in a HR related discipline, preferably CIPD certified.
At least 3 years' experience in a HR Manager or Generalist position in a medium enterprise, ideally in FMCG manufacturing.
A proven record of delivering value added HR solutions and initiatives.
A passion for people and organisation development.
Ability to work cross functionally across a business collaborating with all stake holders.
People management experience is desirable.
