Community Integration Support Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill a community integration support role, ideal for those who want to make a difference in people's lives.
* About the Role:
o This is a full-time permanent contract with 39 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and supporting independent living and community integration.
o The role involves working closely with the team to provide administrative and operational support, answer calls and manage correspondence, and organize and maintain files and documents.
