Create festive magic for every guest
Step into the festive season as Head Elf and help deliver magical Christmas experiences for families. You'll oversee daily operations, lead a team of festive characters and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, joyful visit to Santa's Woodland Workshop.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and manage a team, ensuring rotas are covered and operations run smoothly
Deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain high service standards
Oversee workshop operations including access control, toy stock and photo delivery
Train and support colleagues and assist with events

Your working hours
Full‑time contract, fully flexible
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
About You
Outgoing with a friendly and approachable attitude
Supervisory experience in a demanding, customer facing role
Strong communication and customer service skills, fostering positive relationships
Computer literate with the ability to perform under pressure
Enthusiasm for the Christmas / seasonal spirit
Note: You'll need to complete a Garda vetting before starting (we'll help with that).
