This is a highly sought-after opportunity for a seasoned Contracts Manager to take on a challenging role in project management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing the end-to-end management of multiple projects, from planning and procurement through to execution and completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management: Oversee the planning, procurement, execution, and completion of multiple projects.
* Contract Oversight: Manage contract requirements, including negotiations, terms and conditions, risk assessment, and contract compliance.
* Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, implementing cost-control measures to meet financial targets.
* Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress by coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
* Quality Assurance: Enforce quality standards, ensuring all work complies with relevant specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety across all sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and practices.
* Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations regarding project milestones and deliverables.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction management in Ireland.
* In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements.
* Strong budgeting, financial management, and risk assessment skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
* Proficient in project management software and MS Office suite.
Salary Information
The salary for this role is between €60,000 to €70,000 per annum.
