The role involves:
Leading process improvement & capital projects
Day-to-day automation management across manufacturing
Batch manufacturing assessment & process support
Rapid breakdown response & root cause analysis
Technical support
Essential requirements:
Strong Rockwell Automation / Allen Bradley expertise (essential)
Degree in Electrical, Automation, or Controls Engineering (or equivalent)
Proven experience managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment
