Health and Safety Advisor Role
Our organisation is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team.
The role involves supporting the Contracts Manager & Project Manager in creating and implementing site construction stage plans for different activities, including waste management, traffic management etc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring direct staff and subcontractors are aware of and adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times. They will also use company software efficiently to ensure H&S Targets & Goals are met, conduct audits, communicate with Senior Management on Health requirements, maintain PPE Stocks, promote Health & Safety presence on site, carry out method statements, COSHH assessments, toolbox talks etc. The ideal candidate should have experience working as a Level 6 qualified professional, ideally within residential construction. Strong organisational skills are essential along with effective communication skills. A qualification in NEBOSH certification is highly desired.
