Job Description:
You will be responsible for administering the new and pipeline Mortgage business for Irish Mortgage Corporation whilst at all times maintaining high standards of client service. As a member of the mortgage completions team at Irish Mortgage Corporation, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their mortgage journey.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the mortgage new business and pipeline business of Irish Mortgage Corporation through its numerous brands.
· Ensure all business dealt with meets the company requirements in terms of documentation and information in conjunction with compliance.
· Liaise throughout the process with the clients, solicitors, providers and any other relevant third parties.
· Ensure the clients best interest is being taken care of at all times in terms of process and service. · Deal with any query that may arise from an existing client.
· Work with compliance to ensure an understanding of compliance standards.
· Ensure all business dealt with meets compliance standards as laid down by the company.
· Process all new business through the various industry online systems and keep the company system updated with all admin related client contact.
· Proactively manage your pipeline of clients to align with company targets
· Escalate queries to the completions manager or compliance manager as appropriate.
· Ensure excellent client service standards are achieved and maintained with all client groups
· Respond to all request/queries in an appropriate and positive manner within agreed time scales.
Requirements:
· Knowledge of Financial Services industry and related products and services.
· Previous experience in a client-facing mortgage advisory role, ideally a broker role, is preferred
· Strong understanding of mortgage criteria, products, and services.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
· Proven ability to work in a target-based environment.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· High level of integrity and ethical conduct.

Hybrid: 2 days in office & 3 days WFH weekly (after initial onboarding/induction period)
