We are recruiting on behalf of a leading, growth-oriented Civils and Utilities contractor seeking a dedicated Site Agent to join their dynamic team.

The successful Site Agent will support the delivery of projects across all aspects of the business from a construction standpoint.
You will be responsible for delivering multiple projects in accordance with pre-agreed timelines and budget frameworks.
A strong ethos on health and safety, compliance, reporting, and documentation are essential qualities for this position.
Responsibilities Running numerous projects within both urban and rural environments.
Liaising and corresponding with Clients and Client Representatives to ensure successful project delivery and build strong relationships.
Reviewing project drawings with a high level of detail.
Amending designs in line with client feedback.
Creating an environment of leadership within the project site team.
Liaising with the Contracts Manager and other site staff to manage work and resource requirements.
Ensuring customers' expectations are fulfilled whilst building confidence and trust.
Interrogating and continuously improving project processes.
Applying new technology in an innovative way to streamline delivery processes.
Mentoring designers and identifying training needs for junior site team members.
Monitoring the progress of site work, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
Planning and overseeing the delivery of materials and managing any discrepancies.
Ensuring all work complies with client requirements, safety legislation, and other legal requirements.
Overseeing traffic management and all on-site health and safety, ensuring all safety checks are carried out.
Liaising with Local Authorities for inspections of footway conditions (pre- and post-installation).
Coordinating with internal scheduling departments regarding the programming of work.
Providing clients with status reports and acting as the first point of contact for the public and sub-contractors.
Professionally handling any complaints received from customers regarding work.
Quality control of all works.
Managing required administrative tasks efficiently.
Requirements Full clean driver's license (Essential).
A qualification in Engineering or equivalent is highly desirable.
Demonstrable experience in Civils, drainage, or utilities (water & electricity).
Previous experience and the ability to read and interpret designs.
Strong commercial awareness of project costs.
Experience managing site activities and multiple teams.
Good knowledge of HSQE requirements and ground support systems.
Computer literate.
