Office Reception /Administration position in a busy accountancy practice.
The duties involve
Dealing with clients by phone and in person
managing client correspondence (email, letters, post and records)
Performing a variety of administration tasks such as typing, data entry, filing, scanning and photocopying
Invoicing clients on Sage 50 package
Maintaining general office supplies .
Requirements
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Sage 50, Microsoft word, excel and outlook
Maintaining strict Confidentiality is an essential part of this role.
Ideally the suitable candidate would have 2 to 3 years experience in a similar office environment.
Experience of working with payroll package is desirable but not essential

Pay: €15.00-€19.00 per hour
