Priority Construction Ltd. are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid role, with 3 days a week based in our Clontarf Office and two days working from home. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR manager across a range of HR functions.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day administrative support for the HR Manager, contributing to various HR projects and initiatives.Keep our HRIS up to date, ensuring accurate and compliant employee records.Support the recruitment process: update job ad templates with hiring managers, post jobs, review CVs, schedule interviews.Coordinate pre-employment checks and assist with offer and contract preparation to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.Assist with the administration of our CPD and Performance Management programmes.Maintain training records and ensure all mandatory training is tracked and up to datePrepare contracts and HR documentation for new and existing employees.Support the onboarding process for new hires.Assist with other HR projects and indicatives as required.The successful candidate will have:CIPD accredited HR qualification or equivalent1+ years HR experienceValid driving licenseGood knowledge of Irish employment legislation.Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.A proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible approach to work.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Benefits:Growth Opportunities:We are a CPD accredited employer with Engineers Ireland and committed to promoting the learning and development of our employees.
