Job Description
Jasmine Palace (Ennis) Limited T/A Marco Polo at O'Connell Street, Limerick Co. Limerick is looking for a commis chef to join our team. Minimum 2 years of experience is required. The successful candidates must be able to work in a busy and fast-paced environment. Duties include assisting chef de partie & head chef in food preparation, cooking & dish plating. Ensure food production always in high standard. Monitoring food and waste control and responsible for food hygiene.
