Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families, working in a collaborative environment that values best-practice service delivery.


The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with additional needs, including neurodiversity, autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing differences, and Down syndrome. They will be passionate about paediatric practice and committed to ongoing learning.


* Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children and adolescents with additional needs.
* Collaborate closely with occupational therapy colleagues within multidisciplinary teams.
* Maintain accurate documentation using electronic clinical record systems.

* Degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy validated for practice in Ireland or overseas equivalency qualification recognized by CORU
 
* A minimum 1+ years post-qualification experience as Paediatric OT ideally in settings like Child Development Centres providing support services for families across regions such as Claremorris County Mayo West Cork Kildare Monaghan
