Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced receptionists with 2+ years in a hotel front office role (experience in cruise ships or luxury hotels a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a guest-first mindset
- Comfortable handling busy front desks and coordinating with other departments
- Familiarity with property management systems and standard hotel check-in/out processes
