We are seeking a skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support, managing inquiries, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer requests.
About the Role:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing inquiries, responding to customer queries, and coordinating with logistics to ensure prompt delivery.
Prepare and issue accurate sales quotes, processing orders, and taking payments from customers while maintaining high levels of security and compliance.
Set up new customer accounts on ERP and CRM systems, ensuring all required information is entered and maintained up-to-date.
Address and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner, striving to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Candidate Profile: Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
Skill Set: Strong organizational and time management skills, problem analysis and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and accuracy, and high levels of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
