Orange Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Operative on behalf of a well-established company operating across construction, property services, and facilities management sectors in Dublin. This is a full-time, practical role suited to someone who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard. The successful candidate will support the upkeep of residential and commercial sites while also assisting with landscaping and improvement projects as required. Responsibilities: Carry out routine grounds maintenance including grass cutting, edging, hedge trimming, weeding, and general upkeep of landscaped areas Maintain flower beds, planted areas, shrubs, and trees through pruning, watering, and seasonal maintenance activities Assist with landscaping works such as turf laying, planting, paving, fencing, and installation of outdoor features Safely operate and maintain landscaping machinery, power tools, and hand equipment Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organised, and safe during and after works are completed Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site-specific requirements while working across various locations Complete scheduled tasks efficiently while maintaining a consistently high standard of workmanship Assist with loading, unloading, and transportation of materials and equipment where required Identify and report any issues relating to site conditions, equipment, or maintenance requirements Work both independently and alongside team members to complete projects within agreed timelines Requirements: Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, gardening, or a similar outdoor role would be beneficial Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Good practical ability with a hands-on approach to work Strong work ethic with the ability to work reliably as part of a team or independently Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high-quality outdoor environments Full driving licence would be advantageous, though not essential Skills: Competent Landscaper Skilled Landscaper Knowledgeable Landscaper Capable Domestic Electrician Proficient Landscaper Detail-oriented Landscaper Methodical Landscaper
