Electrical Assurance Specialist
Job Overview:
The Electrical Assurance Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of electrical components and systems used in Air Handling Units (AHUs) and other HVAC products. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, standards, and codes applicable to HVAC manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality control systems for electrical components and systems to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
2. Conduct thorough inspections and testing of electrical assemblies to identify and address any quality issues.
3. Maintain accurate records of inspections, test reports, and quality assurance documentation.
4. Collaborate closely with production teams, design engineers, and R&D departments to resolve quality-related issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and codes relevant to HVAC manufacturing.
* Strong experience in quality assurance processes, inspection techniques, and testing methodologies.
* Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing electrical drawings, control schematics, and circuit documentation.
* Familiarity with QMS, ERP, and compliance tracking software tools.
