This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in supply chain, logistics, and operations within a safety‑critical environment.About the RoleThe Graduate Supply Chain Coordinator plays an important part in the day‑to‑day operation of our warehouse, workshop, and demo room. You will help ensure that products are received, checked, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time, supporting both customer satisfaction and internal teams. This role suits a motivated and organised graduate who enjoys practical work, values accuracy and quality, and wants to develop a strong foundation in supply chain and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the warehouse, workshop, and demo roomAssist with order picking, packing, stock checks, and general warehouse activitiesReceive and log deliveries and customer returns accurately using the ERP system (Priority)Carry out basic inspections of incoming and outgoing items to ensure quality and correctnessPrepare customer shipments, including packing, labelling, documentation, and coordination with couriersHelp maintain accurate stock records and support inventory control activitiesAssist with supplier returns and follow up as requiredMaintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety across all operational areasFollow health & safety, quality, and company procedures at all timesContribute ideas for improving processes, layouts, and efficiency as part of continuous improvementSupport the maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate pickingProvide general operational support to the Warehouse Manager and wider team as requiredExperience & QualificationsEssentialRecently completed a degree, diploma, or relevant qualification (e.g. Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, Operations, or similar)Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Good communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Fluent spoken and written EnglishAbility to carry out practical, hands‑on work, including occasional lifting of items up to 40 lbsFull clean driving licenceDesirablePrevious part‑time, placement, or internship experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operations environmentExperience using an ERP or stock management systemForklift licence (training can be supported if required)Interest in working in a regulated or safety‑critical environmentWhat We OfferA supportive environment with on‑the‑job trainingExposure to real‑world supply chain and operations within a growing engineering companyOpportunity to build practical experience and develop career‑ready skillsA stable role with progression potential as the business grows
