AirNav Ireland - Senior Property Executive About AirNav Ireland AirNav Irelandis a commercial semi-state company, established under the provisions of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 2022 (the Act). AirNav Irelands primary function is the provision of air traffic management (ATM) and related services in Irish-controlled airspace and at State airports. AirNav Ireland generates revenue from charges and fees raised from airline customers for the provision of these services. AirNav Ireland operates independently, without any financial support from the Irish Exchequer. Job Purpose The Senior Property Executive will support the Property and Facilities Manager in the delivery of AirNav Irelands CAPEX delivery programme. The CAPEX programme includes the expansion and upgrade of key sites and locations to accommodate an increase in staff numbers and additional operational equipment. Main Duties and Responsibilities Lead and/or assist in the preparation, management and execution of Capital Works programmes which fall under the responsibility of Property and Facilities department. Work with Engineering and Operations domains to understand project requirements. Manage internal stakeholder key expectations in relation to scope of delivery, Budget considerations and Delivery timelines. Select, appoint and manage third party contractors to deliver each phase of the project (design, statutory consents, construction). Manage Capex budget. Ensure project Budgets are secured internally by working through internal approval processes. Assist with the preparation of data, charts and information in support of internal reporting requirements including the CAPEX Board and Management Boardmeetings. Oversee the delivery of projects. Establish a reporting structure with appointed contractors to monitor project delivery timelines, budget, scope and Safety. Work with Property & Facilities team to develop business cases, tender documents approval papers. Responsible for the compiling and administration of project delivery and final handover documentation. Attend site as required. Work with External Stakeholders necessary for the delivery of work. General Duties: Manage staff and contractors related to property management functions in line with business requirements, policies and procedures. Support the Property & Facilities team asrequired. Ensure compliance with ANSP policies, procedures, health & safety regulations, data protection, records management and security protocols in line with the related role and tasks. In the absence of the Property and Facilities Manager, chair/lead meetings and produce meeting reports and action lists. Attend technical, general, soft skills, Health & Safety and Security related training courses as required. Perform any other duties appropriate to the role that may be assigned PERSON SPECIFICATON Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience & Skills Essential: Minimum 5 years experience in delivery of construction related projects. Demonstrable technical understanding of facility related systems (including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems). Relevant experience Project Management Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizationalskills. Ability to effectively work on own initiative, make well considered decisions, prioritise effectively, be practical in approach and engage professionally and courteously with others Ability to visit sites across all locations. Must have own transport with full licence. Desirable: Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, prioritising tasks, and maintaining accurate records. Proven track record of managing multi-site projects and maintenance operations. Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, timekeeping and report writing skills with the ability to multi-task. Proficient IT skills, including in MS Office and SharePoint.
