About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Exec to grow revenue for the HLTH Community via selling memberships and sponsorships. The ideal candidate has a knowledge of digital health and a strong track record of hunting your own business, meeting and exceeding sales targets. To succeed in this role, the candidate must have 5 years relevant sales experience. This role is remote and can be based anywhere in Europe.

Responsibilities:

Drive customer growth for HLTH Community


* Generate new business pipeline primarily by prospecting and hunting new business opportunities
* Manage, triage and engage inbound sales requests
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to earn new business
* Reengage and reactivate lapsed accounts who have not spent with HLTH in the prior two years
* Complete accurate tracking of the leads in the sales pipeline
* Drive growth by identifying clients that are suitable for upsell or cross sell
* Prepare compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to the needs of each client
* Lead end to end sales journey, opening and closing your own deals
* Intelligence gathering and market research to identify new target customers and market segments for HLTH Community
* Crafting prospecting content and executing linkedin campaigns to engage these target customers and generate leads for the sales pipeline
* Sell Memberships as well as sponsorships including webinars, roundtables, events and reports

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:
* At least 5 years experience in enterprise/ SaaS new business sales OR meeting or exceeding targets (please describe in your CV).
* Proven track record hunting and closing your own business within the healthcare sector
* Knowledge of the digital health market highly desired

Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in building a pipeline from scratch
* Knowledge of the digital health market highly desired
* Network of contacts in digital health highly desired
* Ability to demonstrate flexibility, great energy - ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done
* Independent, comfortable with ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced environment, and ability to thrive in a team environment
* Excellent ability to build rapport
* Bachelor's Degree in Science/ Healthcare/ Business or related subject
