About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene, adhering to HACCP compliance standards.
* Drive sales growth by merchandising our food offer and promoting cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a food preparation environment.
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high standards.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
