The Senior Manager Product Marketing serves as the regional marketing leader responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy across EMEA. This role oversees the EMEA marketing organization to strengthen brand presence, accelerate product adoption, and support commercial growth across Peripheral Vascular markets. The product portfolio includes ClotTriever and FlowTriever.
As the primary voice of the EMEA customer, this leader drives market insights, competitive intelligence and structured Voice of Customer (VoC) efforts to identify clinical needs, regional opportunities and barriers to adoption. They translate these insights into actionable recommendations for Global Marketing, Product Management, R&D and clinical teams – ensuring that regional needs are represented in product development and commercialization plans.
This role is based in Amsterdam or Ireland and offers a hybrid work model. It is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s leading medical technology organizations.
What you will do
Begin with a familiarization phase to learn about our portfolio and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of approximately five direct reports, fostering a growth‑oriented environment and coaching each team member to reach their full potential.
Define and execute both annual and long‑range marketing and medical education strategies for Peripheral Vascular EMEA, ensuring that the organization meets growth, profitability, and market‑share goals.
Coach your team on effective segmentation, targeting, and positioning to accelerate EMEA adoption of the portfolio.
Collaborate closely with EMEA sales leadership to align marketing and commercial priorities, driving market growth and supporting the execution of sales strategies.
Lead and oversee regional and country‑level strategies for market access, government affairs and health‑economics initiatives across EMEA, delivering business‑enabling solutions for the sales organization.
Develop and refine metrics to evaluate the impact of marketing efforts on customer engagement, and build deep P&L expertise to influence the financial performance of the Peripheral Vascular business in EMEA.
Capture key market dynamics, customer feedback and VoC trends related to EMEA’s specific needs.
Define and execute regional product life cycles, including launch and phase‑out of products.
Identify opportunities and influence cross‑regionally and cross‑divisionally to drive growth and deliver enhanced customer value for our business.
Collaborate with the Global Marketing team on upstream and downstream marketing projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
10+ years of work experience, with a significant portion in international marketing, product/brand management, or similar fields within MedTech, Biotech, Pharmaceuticals, healthcare or related industries.
Experience managing or coaching/mentoring teams (4+ years preferred).
Strong project leadership skills to ensure timely outcomes, business performance and growth.
Excellent interpersonal, persuasion and presentation skills; fluency in spoken and written English.
Ability to collaborate and network within a matrixed organization.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work within complex inter‑divisional procedures and policies.
High level of integrity and work ethic when managing confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology or Vascular Surgery field is advantageous.
MBA.
