We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 & 2 daily IT Support for application support, desktop support, and account management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive technical assistance to employees, resolving issues with remote management tools and site visits as needed
* Perform routine hardware upgrades and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
* Troubleshoot network problems, including Wi-Fi and cable issues, to minimize downtime
* Implement and manage security protocols through firewalls and endpoint security software to safeguard data
* Develop and maintain effective backup systems, both onsite and offsite, to ensure business continuity
* Manage Active Directory, file shares, print management, and Group Policy implementation to streamline operations
* Oversee Microsoft Exchange, email access, password resets, multi-factor authentication, and HSE Healthmail services to enhance communication
* Manage Mobile Device Management for tablets, apps, and updates to ensure devices remain secure and up-to-date
* Maintain and update the intranet using Share Point to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing
