Job Title: Office Administration Support

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role that utilizes your administrative skills? Do you have experience with digital typing and transcription?

We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will provide support to our senior technical team members across a wide range of building, civil, architectural, and structural engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage incoming and outgoing post, emails, and telephone calls
* Maintain and update paper and electronic filing systems
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents accurately and efficiently
* Order and monitor office supplies in line with office needs
* Transcribe digital dictation and audio recordings to a high level of accuracy and speed


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Leaving Certificate or equivalent (essential)
* Secretarial or business administration qualification (desirable)
* Certified training in audio typing/transcription (advantageous)
* 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role (essential)
* Proven experience in digital/audio typing with speed and accuracy (essential)
