Job Description Aramark are currently looking for a Sous Chef based one of our client site.
Their focus will be to ensure there are consistently high standards of food delivery and kitchen management across all sections of the business onsite.
Job Responsibilities In the absence of the Head Chef, assume responsibility for the overall kitchen operation To maintain food hygiene, service presentation to a high standard Follow recipes and prepare food for service Deliver first class food throughout service Supporting with managing the P L and all associated financials Deliver first class food throughout service Manage all associated administration Qualifications Relevant culinary experience operating at a Sous Chef level A passion for food and service Flexible approach to hours and duties IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders
