Job Description

The Maintenance Manager role is responsible for ensuring the property is maintained to the highest possible standards.

* Supervise and provide general maintenance support, overseeing plumbers, electricians and other outside contractors to ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard.

To succeed in this role you will need:



* Previous management experience in a similar hotel environment.

* A good knowledge of Health and Safety.

* Flexibility in day-to-day job demands with the ability to remain focused when priorities change.
