Project Worker: Supporting Individuals and Families

As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting those who need it most. Our team works closely with local authorities, mental health services, and community-based organizations to provide comprehensive support services.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized support plans.
2. Collaborate with clients to set and work towards recovery-focused goals, emphasizing life skills and tenancy sustainment.
3. Ensure clients have access to recovery-focused training, education, and employment opportunities.
4. Maintain accurate casework records, daily logs, and written assessments, inputting information into relevant databases.
5. Foster strong relationships with other teams across mental health, addiction, Tusla, schools, and community-based services.
6. Safeguard client safety, health, and well-being, promoting self-advocacy when required or advocating on their behalf.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in a related field.
* A valid full driving license and access to a car.
* A Level 7 or above qualification in social care.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven problem-solving abilities.
