About the Job This is a high-impact project management role focused on delivering strategic initiatives across mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, and payment technology transformation. The position offers hands-on involvement in complex, cross-functional projects and close collaboration with senior leadership. Its an 18-month fixed-term contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role, ideal for a proactive professional with strong finance and project management expertise. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic finance projects. Define project scope, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, legal, HR, and IT. Manage stakeholder communication and alignment. Oversee post-acquisition integration planning and execution. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards. Support M&A research and due diligence coordination. Skills & Experience Proven track record in end-to-end project management. 5+ years experience, ideally with M&A exposure. Strong understanding of financial, legal, and operational frameworks. Professional finance qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Experience with SAP is a plus.
