NbxTalent are now looking for a German Speaking Inside Sales rockstar to join a sales team in a pioneering Sales-as-a-Service firm working on behalf of a major online retailer/wholesaler. The client is a two-sided online marketplace for exclusive wholesalers to sell their stock to high-street retailers. Neat
The role is focused on reaching out to current platform users, positioning the company's business plan among current users of the platform, generating up-sales and prospecting new clients. This role is all about outbound engagement and the role will incorporate digital outreach campaigning, customer trial engagement and full sales cycle tractions.
Key Responsibilities?
* To Get in touch with the already existing clients and upsell / upgrade the product from the pre-existing leads.
* Strict adherence to established sales processes.
* Engage in solutions-based business-level conversations to influence customers
* Maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of client's products and services
* Use a number of efficiency and relationship management tools effectively
* Build and maintain appropriate individual sales pipeline Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
What do we need from you?
* 3+ Years proven success of exceptional sales attainment required in a quota-driven environment. IT, software, or cloud sales experience preferred.
* Exposure to direct sales; telesales or B2B sales experience preferred.
* Fluency in German and English (Read, Write & Speak).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) including outstanding telephone presence.
* Self-motivated and accountable, combined with a strong sense of teamwork and an outstanding attention to detail.
* Online Demand Marketing awareness, understanding the modern "Inside Sales Playbook".
