Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Middle Office team in a key control function that bridges the Front Office and external market counterparties.
This is an outstanding opportunity to oversee trade lifecycle oversight including matching, settlement, reconciliation, and failed trade resolution. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team, overseeing training plans, recruitment needs, and performance reviews.
* Manage collateral management processes and relationships with outsourced providers.
* Monitor and manage OTC derivatives lifecycle events and associated documentation.
* Drive process automation and data analytics initiatives.
* Champion operational risk awareness and implement process improvements aligned with industry best practices.
* Coordinate operational requirements for fund launches, closures, and mergers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 7 years' experience in financial operations, with strong exposure to Middle Office.
* Extensive knowledge of the full trade and settlement lifecycle, including OTC derivatives and exchange-traded instruments.
* Proven track record in managing and developing high-performing teams.
* Experience with fund operations and a strong understanding of NAV impactors.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements and reporting frameworks.
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Hands-on experience with systems such as Bloomberg, SWIFT, CTM, OSTTRA, FusionInvest, and BI tools.
* A relevant third-level qualification in Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
