Job Summary
The Homecare Booking Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the placement of homecare nurses and caregivers to clients within a dedicated region. This role requires strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating client scheduling and staff coordination to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Maintaining regular contact with clients to gather valuable feedback on their changing needs.
* Liaising with the compliance and training department to ensure staff are following training and compliance recommendations.
This role requires a high level of responsibility and accountability. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
