Is sinne Uisce Éireann. Gach lá, bímid freagrach as seirbhísí uisce atá slán, sábháilte agus inbhuanaithe a sholáthar do mhuintir na hÉireann. Mar fhóntas uisce rialáilte náisiúnta na hÉireann, is í ár bhfís go mbeidh Éire inbhuanaithe ann ina bhfuil meas ar uisce agus ina bhfuil sé cosanta, don domhan agus do na saolta uile a gcothaítear leis.

Is é an cuspóir atá ag Uisce Éireann ná a bheith inchurtha leis an dúshlán a bhaineann le seirbhísí bunathraitheacha uisce a sholáthar chun go mbeidh rath ar phobail. Ciallaíonn sé sin go bhfuilimid bródúil as an bhfreagracht a ghlacadh as ár soláthar uisce a chosaint agus córas sábháilte uisce a chur ar aghaidh chuig daonra atá ag fás go tapa agus fás sóisialta agus eacnamaíoch na hÉireann a chumhachtú.

Táimid paiseanta faoi chumhacht a thabhairt dár ndaoine, iad a chumasú tionchar dearfach a bheith acu ar phobail ar fud na hÉireann. An Ról:

Déanann Oibríochtaí Custaiméirí eispéireas agus seirbhís custaiméirí atá sármhaith a fhorbairt, a sholáthar agus a thacú do chustaiméirí tí agus do chustaiméirí tráchtála araon laistigh de thionscal rialaithe. Tá Oibríochtaí Custaiméirí freagrach as caidreamh custaiméirí leis an ionad teagmhála custaiméirí a bhainistiú, agus seirbhísí billeála do chustaiméirí atá tráthúil agus cruinn á gcinntiú agus straitéis Uisce Éireann do chustaiméirí á cur i bhfeidhm go héifeachtach.

Tá Seirbhísí Nasc agus Forbróra (CDS) freagrach as rannpháirteachas le custaiméirí agus as an gcaidreamh le páirtithe leasmhara a bhainistiú maidir le naisc uile le líonra Uisce Éireann. Bainistíonn foireann CDS aistear an chustaiméara maidir leis na nithe a leanas: dearadh choincheap na forbartha, an próiseas pleanála reachtúla, réamh-nasc, dearadh teicniúil, dearbhú cáilíochta láithreáin, sócmhainn nua a dhílsiú agus nasc deiridh agus méadrú, lena n-áirítear comhaontuithe a fhorbairt le custaiméirí tráchtála/teicniúla, agus maoiniú custaiméirí a bhainistiú, ag cloí le caighdeáin theicniúla uile, le beartas muirearaithe naisc agus le riachtanais rialachais. Tá CDS freagrach as seirbhís ardéifeachtach a sholáthar do chustaiméirí, lena n-áirítear réitigh a athbhreithniú agus a chur i bhfeidhm chun riachtanais athraitheacha na gcustaiméirí a chomhlíonadh. Tá sé ríthábhachtach go ndéantar comhoibriú le roinnt príomh-chomhpháirtithe gnó le haghaidh naisc a sholáthar go rathúil thar ceann an chustaiméara.
Ag tuairisciú don Cheannasaí Tráchtála, beidh an tAnailísí Tráchtála freagrach as athbhreithniú a dhéanamh ar thairiscintí ceangal caighdeánach agus suntasach ag cinntiú go mbeidh siad ag teacht le Beartais Ceangal Uisce Éireann.
Príomhdhualgais agus Freagrachtaí:


• A chinntiú go bhfuil gach Nasc ag teacht le Beartas Muirir Nasc Uisce Éireann agus go gcuirfidh siad le forbairt próiseas/nósanna imeachta gnó a bhaineann leis an mbeartas.

• Freagrach as a chinntiú go bhfuil tionscadail agus tograí ag teacht le gach próiseas rialachais inmheánaigh

• Idirchaidreamh a dhéanamh leis an ionad teagmhála agus feidhmeanna gnó eile chun tacú le feidhm Tráchtála CDS

• Tacú le tuiscint an ghnó ar théarmaí tráchtála conarthaí naisc nuair is gá

• Tacú le Ceannasaí Tráchtála CDS i bhforbairt beartas, próiseas agus táillí nasc

• Athbhreithnigh roghanna íocaíochta do naisc neamhchaighdeánacha agus naisc nua

• Idirchaidreamh a dhéanamh leis an ionad teagmhála agus tacaíocht tráchtála a sholáthar maidir le tairiscintí naisc a ullmhú

• Sástacht na gcustaiméirí a chinntiú laistigh den ghnó maidir leis an tacaíocht tráchtála atá á soláthar

• Tuarascálacha míosúla agus anailís reatha a sholáthar do Cheannasaí Tráchtála CDS

• Freagrach as a chinntiú go bhfuil rialuithe rialachais agus comhlíontachta i bhfeidhm ag gach céim den phróiseas naisc ó íocaíocht go costais táirgeachta agus aisíocaíochtaí

• Tacú le Ceannasaí Tráchtála CDS ar fhorbairt agus idirbheartaíocht conarthaí neamhchaighdeánacha laistigh de na réigiúin

• Tacú le Ceannasaí Tráchtála CDS maidir le gníomhaíochtaí a bhaineann le réiteach díospóidí conartha agus léirmhíniú conartha de réir mar is gá

• Tacaíocht a thabhairt do Cheannasaí Tráchtála CDS maidir le gníomhaíochtaí a bhaineann le fiosruithe, agus le fadhbanna arna n-ardú a bhaineann le Tráchtáil CDS

• Dualgais eile a chur i gcrích maidir le hobair CDS agus Oibríochtaí do Chustaiméirí mar a bheadh siad ag teastáil le réasún ó Uisce Éireann.

Dualgais agus Freagrachtaí Ginearálta

• Comhoibriú le príomhpháirtithe leasmhara inmheánacha ar fud ghnólacht UÉ.

• Freagrach as gealltanais sláinte agus sábháilteachta a chur chun cinn agus a sheachadadh ar fud UÉ agus a shlabhra soláthair, iompair dhearfacha a neartú agus cuspóirí agus riachtanais sláinte agus sábháilteachta ar na caighdeáin is airde sa tionscal a sheachadadh.

• Tacú le Clár Uisce Éireann um Bunathrú chun Feabhais a sholáthar, torthaí a theastaíonn laistigh den Stiúrthóireacht a bhaint amach, agus tacú le cuspóirí uile-eagraíochta a bhaint amach.

• Dualgais agus freagrachtaí a chur i gcrích i gcomhréir le beartais, caighdeáin, próisis agus rialuithe Slándála Faisnéise Uisce Éireann chun rúndacht, sláine agus infhaighteacht faisnéise gnó de chuid Uisce Éireann a chosaint, agus seirbhísí ríthábhachtacha a sholáthar, i gcomhréir le Treoir NIS (Slándáil Líonra agus Faisnéise) agus le rialachán cibearshlándála ábhartha ar bith eile.

• Dualgais eile nuair is gá.

• Inoiriúnaitheacht agus cumas fócas agus treo a athrú le bheith ag teacht le straitéis agus le riachtanais ghnó a léiriú.

• Réimsí nua feabhais a shainaithint go réamhghníomhach agus faisnéis agus scileanna nuafhoghlamtha a úsáid i mbun oibre.

• Taithí ar úinéireacht a ghlacadh ar fhreagrachtaí sábháilteachta agus ar chur le tionscnaimh feabhsaithe leanúnaigh.

The Role:

Customer Operations develop, deliver and support excellent customer experience and service to both domestic and non-domestic customers within a regulated industry. Customer operations is responsible for managing the customer relationship with the customer contact centre, ensuring timely and accurate customer billing services and effectively implementing the Uisce Éireann customer strategy.

Connections and Developer Services (CDS) are responsible for the customer engagement and stakeholder relationship management of all connections to the Uisce Éireann network. The CDS team manage the customer journey from development concept design, statutory planning process, pre-connection, technical design, site quality assurance, vesting of new asset and final connection and metering, including developing commercial/technical customer agreements, and managing customer funding in adherence to all technical standards, connection charging policy and governance requirements. CDS are responsible for delivering a highly effective customer service, including reviewing, and implementing solutions to meet changing customer needs. Collaboration with several key business partners is essential for the successful delivery of connections on behalf of the customer.

Reporting to the Commercial Lead, the Commercial Analyst will be responsible for reviewing of standard & significant connection offers ensuring that these are aligned with the Uisce Éireann Connections Policies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


• Ensure all Connections are in line with the Uisce Éireann Connection Charging Policy and contribute to the development of business processes/procedures relating to the policy.

• Responsible for ensuring projects and proposals are in line with all internal governance processes

• Liaise with contact centre and other business functions to support the CDS Commercial function

• Support the business' understanding of connection contract commercial terms where required

• Support the CDS Commercial Lead in the development of connections policies, processes and charges

• Review payment options for non-standard and new connections

• Liaise with the contact centre and provide commercial support in relation to preparation of connections offers

• Ensure customer satisfaction within the business in relation to the commercial support being provided

• Provide regular monthly reports and analysis to the CDS Commercial Lead

• Responsible for ensuring governance and compliance controls are in place at all stages of the connection process from payment to outturn costs and refunds

• Support the CDS Commercial Lead on the development and negotiation of non-standard contracts within the regions

• Support the CDS Commercial Lead on activities related to contractual dispute resolution and contract interpretation as required

• Support the CDS Commercial Lead in responding to queries, and escalations related to CDS Commercial

• Perform other such duties in relation to CDS and Customer Operations work as Uisce Éireann may reasonably require.

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaboration with key internal stakeholders across the UÉ business.

• Responsible for promoting and delivering health and safety commitments across UÉ and its supply chain, reinforcing positive behaviours and delivering health and safety objectives and requirements to the highest industry standards.

• Support the delivery of the Uisce Éireann Transformation Programme, driving results required within the Directorate and supporting organisation-wide objectives.

• Conducts duties and responsibilities in accordance with Uisce Éireann's Information Security policies, standards, processes and controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of UÉ business information and delivery of critical services, in accordance with the NIS Directive and any other relevant cybersecurity regulation.

• Other duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


• Relevant third level qualification and or accreditation.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in the water, utilities or similar industries is required.

• Experience in independently resolving customer challenges while maintaining high service standards.

• Ability to develop and maintain effective effective partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

• Proven track record with dealing with complex issues, proactively and in a timely fashion along with the ability to communicate information to others.

• Highly motivated individual, working to the highest professional standards and with proven ability to deliver results within a team.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and analyse problems and potential improvements, and propose and implement solutions.

• Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to change focus and direction in line with business strategy and requirements.

• Proactively identifying new areas of improvement and using newly gained knowledge and skill on the job.

• Experience in taking ownership of safety responsibilities and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
