Job Description
Process end-to-end payroll on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and full compliance at all times.
Dealing with all aspects of the payroll process, BIK, share awards, pension, and other voluntary and statutory deductions
Develop a comprehensive understanding of client-specific requirements and payroll configurations.
Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations, including tax, PRSI, and reporting requirements (in line with Revenue Commissioners guidelines).
Perform payroll reconciliations, ensuring alignment with all input data provided.
Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to ISO 27001, GDPR, KPIs, and internal control standards.
Maintain, review, and enhance payroll processes, controls, and documentation to ensure operational excellence.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements, system upgrades, and new client implementations.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering a consistently high standard of professional and responsive payroll support.
