Position Title: Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

Main Purpose and Objectives of Position:
The primary responsibility of the Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer is to provide daily support to production operations, clean utilities, and associated maintenance.

Educational Requirements: Honours Engineering Degree with relevant experience.
Language Requirements: Proficient in English.
Role Requirements: 5-10 years in biotech engineering, operations, or manufacturing with deep technical experience in biotech unit operations. Knowledge of GMPs and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support day-to-day operations related to site instrumentation, troubleshooting, and system event response.
* Oversee calibrations in CMMS (GMARS), ensuring proper documentation and standards.
* Provide engineering support to maintenance and operations.
* Ensure maintenance programs are suitable for biotech operations.
* Monitor maintenance measures and take appropriate actions.
* Follow up on issues identified by production or maintenance.
* Investigate and complete deviations.
* Maintain audit-ready maintenance procedures, Job Plans, datasheets, and CMMS.
* Provide technical leadership and identify improvement opportunities.
* Guide project engineering to ensure consistency with current practices.
* Drive process improvements and lead reliability initiatives.
