Please note this is a fully onsite role based in Ballymount, Co.DublinModern Plant is hiring an Accounts Recievable Specialist to help drive the operational heartbeat of our business.The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing customer invoicing, collections, and cash allocation to ensure timely receipt of payments and accurate financial records. The role supports cash flow management while maintaining positive customer relationships and compliance with company policies and Irish tax requirements.Responsibilities:Raise and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely mannerAllocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accountsMonitor aged debtors and follow up on overdue accountsResolve billing queries and discrepancies with customersPrepare debtor reconciliations and account statementsSupport month-end close and reporting activitiesEnsure compliance with Irish VAT and internal financial controlsMaintain accurate accounts receivable records and documentationSkills required/Technical Competencies/Experience:At least 2 years' experience in an Accounts Assistant roleCredit Management experience desirableIATI or equivalentReliable, self-motivated, highly organised and ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlinesStrong organizational skills, ability to prioritiseComputer literate – Accounts packageProficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP/other ERPExcellent numeracy and attention to detailCandidates may have experience:Sales and distributionConstruction suppliesCommercial engineeringCandidates studying for finance or accounting qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) who want to earn while they learn in a supportive environment are strongly encouraged to apply.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingPrivate medical insuranceAbility to commute/relocate:Ballymount, CO.
