Robert Walters is partnering with a growing multinational in South Dublin looking to hire a Senior Financial Accountant for a permanent position. They are looking for someone with a mix of practice and industry experience for this role.Excellent salary and benefits included and great opportunities to progress to Finance Manager level.Two days office and salary circa €70,000 - €80,000 DOE.Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial AccountantLead revenue accounting processes for Irish Business Units, ensuring robust controls and accurate reporting.Review reconciliations while liaising with third-party payroll providers.Produce insightful monthly analysis to support management reporting and decision-making.Prepare financial information for budgets, forecasts, and audits while investigating variances and resolving issues proactively.Support treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, banking transactions, and funding requirements.Manage and develop a small team of accounts assistants while driving process improvements within the finance function.Position Requirements:ACA qualification with 3+ years of experience in monthly management accounts or audit (Big 8 practice experience preferred).Practice trained from a Top 10Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central and advanced Excel skills.Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.Innovative mindset with a solution-focused approach to problem-solving.Desired Skills and ExperienceSenior Accountant, Accountant, Financial Reporting, Top 10 practice, AuditRobert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
