Spa Attendant - Monart Destination Spa
The 5* Monart luxury Destination Spa is recruiting for a Spa Attendant to join their team.
The Ideal Candidate for This Position
Must be courteous and customer focused on providing a consistently high standard of service and cleanliness
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have good attention to detail
Be prepared to deliver the 'ultimate in treatment'
Deal with any customer queries in a professional and helpful manner, ensuring to deliver exceptional customer care
* To conduct tours of the spa facilities with clients/guests
* To perform non therapist led treatments i.e mud chamber
* To greet clients/guests throughout the spa at all times in a warm, welcoming and friendly manner
* To ensure there is a supply of clean towels available for clients/guests
* To ensure there is a fresh stock of fruit, juices and water available for clients/guests
* To deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner and to notify management of these
* To ensure that the guests/clients needs and requirements are met or exceeded
* To ensure that the thermal suite is kept clean at all times
* Shifts vary from 7.45am-4.15pm, 10am-6.30pm, pm - Full training provided
* Flexibility required
* Must be available midweek & weekends
